Great Taipei New Town is a newly developed residential area located in the suburb of Sindian in Taipei County, Taiwan. Wealthy people of Taipei, such as Chen Shui-bian (president of Taiwan), Yongqing Wang (richest aristocrat in Taiwan), and Ma Ying Jiu (mayor of Taipei) live in this upscale villa community.
