John L. Miller Great Neck North High School or simply "North High School" is a public high school, comprising grades 9 through 12. It is located in Great Neck as part of the Great Neck School District.
Great Neck North was rated the 23rd best school in Newsweek magazine's 2006 listing of "America's Best High Schools".[3]
Great Neck North (originally just Great Neck High School) was designed by the noted Newark, New Jersey architectural firm of Guilbert and Betelle. It was featured in the December, 1931 issue of The Architectural Forum.[citation needed]
