Ah, you see, to be a star pilot, or a sailor, you have to actually be in control of the ship. Palpatine doesn't fly them himself. But that's okay, we all make mistakes :). Try editing articles you know things about. Just make sure what you put into them has a credible source behind it, otherwise they call it original research, which is a big no no on Wikipedia.
