Zenobia Gerald, director of Grant's Communications Department, contacted me today, informing me that some of the information that I had posted in the original article was incorrect. As I get more accurate information, I plan on updating the page. Or if anyone else has more accurate information (that is verifiable) I hope they will post it as well. --Pordaria 01:54, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Problem with NPOV

Apparently some editor of this article has confused an encyclopedia article with free advertising space, as first person plural phrases like "...has approximately 1,400 employees and we are proud of their many accomplishments" or "We are considered an urban-suburban school district..." attest.

I have discussed this issue with Grant's Communication Department, and plan on doing some clean up. The person who added this section was doing Wiki editing for the first time, and was being Bold, but was not aware of all of Wikipedia's guidelines. --Pordaria 00:02, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

Ok, I have done some modifications of the article, and I hope it is now within bounds of the NPOV rule. I removed a few sections that I either couldn't easily make NPOV, or that I felt contained non-encyclopedic information. I still think it is good that the Grant Communication Department is taking an interest in Wikipedia, and learning more about it. --Pordaria 00:31, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

Image:GrantGlobe.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
