The table was obtained by searching the USGS GNIS ([1]) for "Granite Peak" with a feature type of "summit". The query results HTML table was copied with the "feature type" and "USGS map" columns dropped when placed onto Wikipedia. The HTML hypertext links were changed to wiki format.
Once an article has been created for one of these specific peaks, the USGS GNIS link should be replaced with the article link. RedWolf 19:36, Oct 24, 2004 (UTC)
