This article appears to be written to an audience that understands a great deal about the subject. Perhaps it should not assume that knowledge. For example, I do not understand the first line at all. Given we should not assume knowledge on Wikipedia, I think it should be dumbed down, (for lack of a better phrase). Supertigerman 03:16, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
