I feel that the image featured is covered by United States fair use laws because:

• It is a low-resolution production of the album cover;
• It does not limit the copyright holder's ability to sell the album in anyway;
• Copies can't be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
• It is used to illustrate the subject in question (i.e. the album)
