I believe this videogame screenshot should be considered fair-use because:

1. It is used solely to improve the quality of the article.
2. The image used is my own creation and taken from an emulator.
3. Since Accolade have now folded, it's extremely doubtful that this image would corrupt copyright.
4. To the best of my knowledge, there are no other versions of this image available, in fact, it's very doubtful that a fair-use image of this game, even exists.
