I, User:Exiled Ambition, feel the image is covered by "fair use rationale" for the following reasons:

- The image does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the game.

- The image depicts its respective place within the article.

- There is no available free equivalent that I am aware of.

- The image is only being used for informational purposes and has been resized as a thumbnail for use in the article.

- The image is from a set of portraits designated to promote the video game Samurai Warriors 2 and its successor titles to the public.
