Grandstar Cargo is a cargo airline based in Tianjin, China. It plans to operate scheduled and non-scheduled internation cargo flights to Europe, America, and Asia.[1].

The airline started operations on 15 May 2006. It was established by David Greenberg and other entrepreneurs and Oakhill Capital Partners acquired a large stake. The airline was owned by Oakhill Capital Partners (86%) and David Greenberg (Chairman of the Board of Directors) (14%)[1]. The airline was acquired by Southern Air and merged into the parent company in January 2008.

Cargo 360 had an ACMI contract with Korean Air Cargo between Incheon International Airport near Seoul, South Korea and multiple destinations within the United States. As of June 2007 these included Los Angeles International Airport, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Chicago O'Hare, Dallas-Fort Worth Int'l and New York's JFK Int'l.[citation needed]
