Graham Correctional Center located in Hillsboror, Illinois is was opened in 1982 with a maximum population of 1586 medium security inmates. It also houses the central Illinois reception and classification unit also known as the x-house Which is a maximum Security Unit. It houses a residential sex offender program as well as a civigenics program to help the recovery of drug addicts.
