[edit] Atherton Birthdate
Hi Gr8t, on what basis do you make Atherton's birth year to be 1815? San Mateo Biographies lists it as 1818. Do you have another source? imars 06:58, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
My source is The California Diary of Faxon Dean Atherton, published by the California Historical Society, 1964, edited and with an introduction by Doyce B. Nunis, jr. It states that Atherton was born January 29, 1815 in Dedham, Massachusetts. Thanks.Gr8t (talk) 23:18, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
