Has more about Govinda's politicar career than films! Also, seems to be written in a highly POV fashion!! Gurubrahma 17:58, 10 September 2005 (UTC)

Govinda's movie career has had far more impact than his political one. Can someone who can write about cinema add something to this. Rohitde

There were some POV comments in there, opinionated heavily towards Govinda. The last paragraph of the "Political Career" section was a rant about a TV channel aiming to "defame him". I deleted those. Hopefully, that troll won't come back. Mindgiver 02:12, 16 May 2006 (UTC)

Govinda was a very popular actor, especially to the common people. I recall reading his other qualities, like being always on time for movie shootings, which was praised by the directors a lot. I think these aspects could be added, provided they are backed by references. What about his family background before joining movies? Was he from a poor family, or a middle class one? His portrayal of he man on the street was very much liked by the common people. Though his comedies were often looked down upon as crude, they WERE successful. Perhaps such tidbits on his career can be added in more detail here. --Ragib 03:57, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
