[edit] confidence

"The Minister and members of the cabinet are appointed by the Crown on basis of the party composition in Parliament, and confirmed by a vote of confidence."

This is inccorect, the vote is actually a vote of no confidence. The danish constitution reads that no goverment can be seated after a vote of no confidence. Therefor there are no need of having 90 parliament members to be in favor (179 seats of parlament), there must not be 90 against the goverment. It has to remebred that 89 in favor is not 90 against, since neutral votes also exist. Former danish goverments have been formed without having 90 votes in favor. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.198.215.136 (talk) 09:47, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
