I do not agree in writting concerns about the word Gourmand and its reference to the Seven deadly sins - The reason is France is a laique country where religious insight as no right and place !

I am astonished to see that gourmand is equated with gourmet when they are polar opposites. A gourmet is someone who appreciates fine food. A gourmand does not. All a gourmand cares about is quantity. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.175.240.151 (talk) 08:57, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
