Gouw Ian Iskandar (traditional Chinese: 吳澋滔; simplified Chinese: 吴澋滔; pinyin: Wú Jĭng-tāo; Cantonese Yale: Ng King-to) (born April 9, 1997 in Hong Kong) is a Hong Kong actor and model.

Ian is the son of Togi Gouw (Wu Zhongyi), an ethnic Chinese originally from Indonesia who is now a citizen of Holland, and Hong Kong actress Yin Szema. He attends elementary school at the Hong Kong International School. He speaks Mandarin, English, Cantonese, and Dutch. He has a younger brother Brian (Wu Jingyao).

Ian won a Golden Horse award at the age of 9. He is the youngest actor ever to win a Golden Horse award at the Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival. He also won a Hong Kong Film Festival award (HK Academy Award) for his debut film, Fu zi.
He is also a model for DKNY Children's Clothing as well as for Disney Clothing.
