Gouchos are a fad among women throughout the world. They are a continuation of bell bottom pants worn in the 1970's in America. The material is a soft cloth, and normally ends about mid-shin on a person's legs. Around the waist the pants are very tight, allowing for the "form fitting" shape most current-generation women desire.
