Gorikot

Gorikot is the largest Valley in the Astore District of Northern Areas of Pakistan. It is also the District Headquarter for Astore District. The local name for the village is "Gué" Wazir Mohammed Aflatoon Khan who represented Northern Areas in Majlis-e-Shoura Pakistan from 1984-1987 belongs to this village.
