Gordon Smart

Gordon Smart (born 1980) is the editor of The Sun's celebrity-focused Bizarre column [1].
Smart joined the showbiz column in 2004 as Victoria Newton's assistant; when Newton was promoted to head of entertainment in November 2007, Smart was promoted to editor. Editor-in-chief Rebekah Wade has described Smart's promotion as "a historic moment." [2]
The Guardian has noted that Smart is distancing himself from Newton. [3]
