[edit] System 6000

System 6000 is an audio mastering system, built around the Mainframe 6000, which houses the DSP chips needed to perform the processing, and which also houses all the audio inputs and outputs. The Mainframe 6000 is connected via Ethernet to the Remote CPU 6000, which can be connected either to the TC ICON hardware controller or to a computer running TC ICON emulation software.
The System 6000 comes in two versions: Reverb 6000 and Mastering 6000. The difference between them lies in the pre-included processing features:
Reverb 6000 comes with pre-included reverb and delay effects(both stereo and multi-channel), while Mastering 6000 included plugins are only for audio mastering purposes only, and include pitch-shifting tools. Several other optional plugins are not preincluded with any of the versions and need to be aquired separetely.

[edit] Finalizer

Finalizer is a audio mastering tool, which comes in two versions: Finalizer 96K and Finalizer Express. Both of the Finalizers have a compressor, limiter, equaliser and a "Gain Maximiser".
The Finalizer Express is a less-functional version of the Finalizer 96K, and it is unable to perform 96 kHz processing.

[edit] Guitar products

The guitar effects TC Electronic manufactures are split into several categories: Vintage, Classic(reissues of the effects pedals TC Electronic issued in the 70s[1]), Nova(digital delays and reverbs) and the G-Series(guitar multi-effect processors).

[edit] PowerCore

PowerCore is a series of computer hardware and software, somewhat similar in concept to Digidesign's Pro Tools. At the base of each Core system is a Powercore processor, which allows the PowerCore VST plugins to run, and performs all the processing, thus allowing lower latency and higher audio qualtiy to be achieved.
PowerCore processors come in these variations:
PowerCore Firewire-a rack-sized unit which is connected to the computer via FireWire
PowerCore Compact-a small-sized unit which is connected to the computer via FireWire
PowerCore PCI mkII-a PCI card
PowerCore PCI Express-a PCI Express card, otherwise similar to PowerCore PCI mkII
PowerCore Unplugged-a PCI card, with no plugins included, thus lowering the price. It can also be used as an addition to an existing PowerCore system.

[edit] Studio equipment

Studio equipment manufactured by TC Electronic includes equalizers, microphone preamplifiers, compressors, level maximizers and multi-effect units.

[edit] PA, installation and broadcasting products

TC Electronic also produces equalizers for live use, gain maximizers and several products which allow to reduce the number of loudness variations during broadcasting.

[edit] Software

TC Electronic manufactures a range of plugins for it's PowerCore system. They are all in the VST format, but they cannot work without a PowerCore system. Some of these plugins are included in all of the PowerCore systems, except PowerCore Unplugged.
The plugins include equalizers, noise removal plugins, reverbs, analog filter banks emulators, compressors and psychoacoustic effects.
TC Electronic also manufactures plugins for the HD version of Digidesign's ProTools software. These plugins are also available in a PowerCore version (some of them are ported from the System 6000). They include vocal harmonisers, mastering plugins, reverbs and compressors.
