Description

The 9.2 cm high Golden Celestial Apsara in Majapahit style. The nymphs or apsara are celestial maidens live in heaven of god Indra. They are divinely beautiful and known for their special assingments by Indra to seduce ascetics who by they severe practices may become more powerful than the gods. This statue is private collection.
