Released in 2006 on Blood and Ink Records, Golgotha is With Blood Comes Cleansing's first record released on a label with more than local distribution. Vocalist Mike Sasser left shortly after the recording of this album, and original vocalist Dean Atkinson returned.

• The song My Help was written by vocalist Dean Atkinson during his first stint with the band. A recorded version of the song with Atkinson on vocals exists from the band's earlier demo recordings.
