Gokanna, Gokaṇṇa, Gokana or Gokhana may refer to:

  • Trincomalee, Gokaṇṇa is the Sanskrit name of Trincomalee, Sri Lanka
  • Gokana kingdom, also Gokhana, a Ogoni kingdom, now local government area, in Rivers State, Nigeria
  • Gokana language, the eastern Ogoni language spoken by about 100,000 people
