Full of false information. People do not rope goats in rodeo events. There is an event called goat tying, but the animals are held at the end of the arena with a collar around thier neck with a long rope. The rider runs to the end of the arena, dismounts the horse and then grabs the goat and ties three legs together. If people actually roped goats, the animal rights activists would be all over it. Furthermore, are there any associations the author can find that actually offer this event in a rodeo? I couldn't find a single one mentioned anywhere.
