Why is the word "goa" consistently capitalized? I've never heard of an animal whose name does that. Livajo 15:39, 31 Aug 2004 (UTC)

The Tibetan Gazelle (goa) is not endangered. See this page - the IUCN lists this animal in status least concern and says that its numbers are approximately 100,000. Therefore I removed the last sentence in the article. -- Baldhur

I've met Goas up close in Chang Tang at 5400 masl, and they were jumping around among almost vertical cliffs, and it seemed like they never did anything else. It is hard to envision that these animals actually prefer flat terrain... --Kjetil Kjernsmo (talk) 21:06, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
