Gmina Oleśnica is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Staszów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Oleśnica, which lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) south-west of Staszów and 58 km (36 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kielce.

The gmina covers an area of 53.51 square kilometres (20.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,993.
