Gmelina is a genus of plant in family Verbenaceae (or Lamiaceae). It was named in honour of botanist Johann Friedrich Gmelin. It contains the following species (but this list may be incomplete):
- Gmelina arborea
- Gmelina hainanensis Oliver
- Gmelina leichhardtii - Australia (NSW and Queensland)
- Gmelina lignum-vitreum Guillaumin
- Gmelina vitiensis (Seem.) A.C.Sm.
