This page needs some clearification but I don't know the proper way to do it myself. It states '1982 to 1987' was the first generation. But that's not entirely true. For example, the 1988 Cimarron was still based on the first generation body. That may be the case with other models ending production in 88 or 89 as well. 72.66.192.54 03:38, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

The Cimmaron, Firenza, & Skyhawk were kept essentially the same from 82 until the end of their production. They continued to sell in 88, 88, & 89, respectively, which was probably 87 model year inventory sold as 88 & 89 to clear out remaining stock. Only the Cavalier & Sunbird were produced afterwards, and they changed for the 88 model year. Toastysoul 13:53, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Saab Edit

The Saab 900 NG is not part of the J body platform. The 900 is. If you look at the Saab 900 (NG) page itself, it lists the GM2900 platform as the basis for the NG's build.

Given this, I edited the (NG) out of the page.
