I am not really sure whether Abeta is an short name for amyloid beta peptide so it wouldn't hurt for someone medically trained to look at it. I also thought of writing a article on it, but on reading a bit on the subject, i concluded there is no way it would be coherent so any help would be appreciated. [1]

which part of the sugar is (covelantly) linked to what part of the AA/protein ??

Someone might want to add the fact that this compares to a proteoglycan in such that it is more protein than it is carb, where as the proteglycan is more carb than protein. It is an important distinction since these two seem closely related.
