[edit] Move to Wictionary?

  • Oppose. See Category talk:Glossaries. Rfrisbietalk 03:20, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
  • Move to List of wildland fire terms--MONGO 15:43, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
  • Keep as Wikipedia glossary - it's already at Wiktionary. But Wiktionary glossaries aren't Wikipedia-linkified. That is, the entries in Wiktionary glossaries don't lead to Wikipedia articles. Wikipedia glossary entries do. Wikipedia articles are far superior to Wiktionary in scope of coverage, and therefore Wikipedia glossaries tend to pack more punch. Glossaries are an integral part of Wikipedia, and are an essential aid in learning terminology and for browsing the encyclopedia. Please stop trying to get rid of them.  The Transhumanist   04:17, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
