"A new report, Water for Life by Mischa Balen, recommending increased private involvement in developing countries' water systems, was released on World Water Day 2006 (22nd March)." Needs context, seems irrelevant as it stands alone.

Can someone please tell me the merit of this page? I think it should be deleted, as the institute in question seems of little importance (it is possibly a vanity page).

I believe all "Think Tanks" should have a place where their policy can be understood. It also tends to explain the inherent bias of the organization (and I do believe ALL Think Tanks have a bias). For example, the Cato Institute is used (at my last count) as a Cite source 579 times on Wikipedia, and some of their views of Law Enforcement are (IMHO) radicaly critical. See my Sandbox to track some of the other more prolific Institutes, and decide for yourself. Now this one comes to my notice, it will be added soon. Exit2DOS2000TC 15:10, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] now here is something new ...

As reported on SlashDot this "Think Tank" is the first to publicly state in a submission to the European Commission, that the bundling of OS with a computer has (and I quote) "slowed technical improvements and prevented new alternatives from entering the marketplace". This is shaping up to be a story worth watching as the current commission has at least 2 remaining years to deal with it. Exit2DOS2000TC 14:53, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
