This article is factually incorrect and is assuming that Global will take over GCap. In fact, the board of GCap has only recommended the offer to shareholders, and this does not mean the takeover is complete (see here). Neither company's website makes reference to a confirmed takeover. This article should be restored until a later date. Oxfordmale (talk) 11:38, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
