[edit] Restrictions
Bank of America indicates that an ATM can be used at participating banks, but fees are only waived within their home countries. [1] Outside the home country the standard fees appear to be charged. For example, Deutsche Bank ATMs in Germany are fee free, but a fee is charged at Deutsche Bank ATMs in Italy. As of September of 2007, a fee is charged for Deutsche Bank ATMs in Italy, but not Spain and there is some reporting that fees are not charged in Poland. Additionally, the BNL (Banca Nazionale del Lavoro) in Italy and the TEB (Turk Ekonomi Bankasi) in Turkey, which both prominently display the BNP Paribas logo, also charge fees.[citation needed]
