I was wondering if there should be one article on the Mackintosh building itself, and another on the institution. There is a lot of information on the building and its history that could be added (dates, funders, things of note about the design and construction), but I'm not sure that would sit well in this article which seems to concentrate mostly on the student and staff bodies.

Could/should there be "the glasgow school of art - institution' and 'the glasgow school of art - buildings' articles?

"America based painter Patrick McCay is a graduate of this department and is the current Dean of Academics at the New Hampshire Institute of Art."- I removed this from the Campus section as it was not relevant. If someone wishes to add it into an Alumni section then they can do so.(Richarddworkinisgod 13:00, 18 September 2007 (UTC))

"David Shrigley, Douglas Gordon and Sandy Smith are some of the contemporary artists to have graduated from that department." - removed this as well. An Alumni section is needed. (Richarddworkinisgod 15:14, 18 September 2007 (UTC))
