Glaiza de Castro (born Glaiza de Castro Galura on January 21, 1988 in Valenzuela City, Philippines) is a Filipina actress. She used to be a member of Star Magic, ABS-CBN's circle of homegrown talents, before transferring to ABS-CBN's chief rival station, GMA Network. She considers Sine Novela: Kaputol ng Isang Awit, where she plays the lead role, her biggest break in showbiz.[1]

She is currently a contract artist of GMA Network and is known for her roles in the said network's shows like Asian Treasures, Fantastikids, SOP Rules and Boys Nxt Door. She considers Sine Novela: Kaputol ng Isang Awit, where she plays the lead role of Sarah Monteza, her biggest break in showbiz.[2] GMA Network is grooming her to be the network's next Drama Princess after Yasmien Kurdi and Nadine Samonte.[3] She was signed by Mother Lily Monteverde to be one of her Regal Babies with an eight-picture contract[4] due to her outstanding performance in Kaputol ng Isang Awit.[5]
