Girl In a Coma is a rock band from San Antonio, Texas on Joan Jett's Blackheart Record's label. The band is made up of sisters Nina (vocals/guitar) and Phanie Diaz (drums) and Jenn Alva (bass).

In October 2007, while in New York, Girl In a Coma were called by Morrissey to open for the rest of his tour after Kristeenyoung was fired.
