"Girl I Told Ya" is an Electronic Dance pop (with an R&B vibe) song by Valeria featuring Aria, a member of the Paradiso Girls. It was produced by Fernando Garibay and is the first single from Valeria's debut album. It was featured on Gossip Girl. The album is scheduled to follow in 2008, which has been confirmed on Valeria's Myspace. She is currently choosing her next single in a poll on her Myspace, the choices include; "2 Cams & a mic", "Azucar!", "Bubblegum", "Lights, Camera, Action", "Lola" and "Rich And Famous".

The music video's look mimics the visual style of Marie Antoinette (2006 film). The plot playfully reflects the songs lyrics, with Aria creeping into the residence of Valeria, avoiding the father. Once together, they affectionately engage in activities inside the house before leaving in a car.
