The 1907 Spalding Guide mentions the Pirates having had problems with injuries, but it would take a while to track down whether Beaumont was injured late in 1905 (which would explain his reduced playing time over two years, after hitting .328 in 1905). MisfitToys 00:05, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
