Claims of deathbed conversions, especially of lifelong rationalists and humanists should be regarded with skepticism, often claimed but rarely fully valid. I would suggest some justification in the text for this sentence, above & beyond the reference. Is there evidence, for instance, that he was compos mentis? Macdonald-ross 11:10, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
- There is some discussion in the biography by Wilson (p. 408). I was getting round to making this more neutral. ... it is impossible to prove how much Murray had been aware of what was going on..., as it is put there. Charles Matthews 12:46, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
