Gillian Ferrari (born June 23, 1980 in Thornhill, Ontario) is a women's ice hockey player.
Ferrari played defence for the Canadian women's team in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin. She plays for the Brampton Thunder of the National Women's Hockey League. Ferrari attended Langstaff Secondary School.
