Gill Foundation

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Gill Foundation is an LGBT organization which gives money to nonprofits and community foundations. It was started by Tim Gill, a software guru who made enough money to create a foundation. The annual report listed on their website is an interesting compilation of mostly progressive but both gay and nongay groups. They seem to focus on LGBT causes, but also give to HIV/AIDS groups. There are two other organizations who get money from Gill are the Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado and the Gill Action Fund.
