Description	Offshore San Clemente Island 80 miles nortwest of San Diego, California. United States. GiGi, a trained sea lion, nuzzles Capt. Arne Willehag of the USNS Sioux, a Military Sealift Command ocean tugboat in 1983. Gigi and other seals at the time of this photo were being trained to recover underwater anti-submarine rockets as part of the Navy's Quick Find program.
