Gidle is a town in central Poland with 1500 inhabitants (2006). It is situated in the Łódź Voivodeship (since 1999), having previously been in Częstochowa Voivodeship (1975-1998). It is the capital of Gidle Commune. Previous names: Gidzielice, Gidżle.
