Gideon is an American romantic tragic comedy of the year 1999.

Gideon Oliver Dobbs is a man with mental disability. He lives in a home, Lakeview, with senior inhabitants. They are all grumpy old men and women. Gideon is younger than all of them. His view of life make the seniors look at their lives in a different way.
