This image is a screenshot from a copyrighted film, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by the studio which produced the film, and possibly also by any actors appearing in the screenshot. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots for identification and critical commentary on the film and its contents on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. 1. it is a low-resolution screenshot from a television episode;
2. it is being used for visual identification of the particular giant brain that is discussed in the list, and as such provides context not possible using words alone;
3. no more free alternative exists or can exist, since all images from television are presumed to be non-free;
4. the use of the image in this article will in no way infringe on the BBC's copyright, or ability to market the programme or ancillary works.
