Giacobbe Fragomeni (born August 13, 1969 in Milan) is a Cruiserweight boxer from Italy, best known to win the 1998 European Amateur Boxing Championships in Minsk at heavyweight 201 lbs/91 kg limit.

He represented his native country at the Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia (2000),
- 1993 3rd place at the Mediterranean Games in Narbonne, France.
- 1997 won the Mediterranean Games in Bari, Italy as a Heavyweight, beating Mohamed Benguesmia (Algeria) in the final on points.
- 1997 competed at the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary. Results were:
- Defeated Zoltán Kiss (Hungary) PTS
- Lost to Ruslan Chagaev (Uzbekistan) PTS (due to Chagaev being later disqualified for having two pro fights in 1997, Fragomeni finished in 3rd place)
- 1998 won the European Championships in Minsk, Belarus. Results were:
- Defeated Mike Hanke (Germany) PTS
- Defeated Roman Kuklin (Latvia) PTS
- Defeated Evgeny Makarenko (Russia) PTS
- Defeated Sergey Dychkov (Belarus) PTS
- 1998 2nd place at the World Cup in Beijing, China. Results were:

He turned pro nicknamed Gabibbo in the cruiserweight division. On March 12, 2005 he won the WBC International Cruiserweight Title by defeating Brazil's Daniel Bispo in the Mazda Palace in his hometown of Milan. His only loss is to David Haye.
