Ghulam Khatib was born summer 1951 in Talow, Herat city in Afghanistan. He was well-known as Ghulam Talow. He was the commander of Mujahedin group named (Jabahate Shahid Obaidullah Khatibzadeh). He was assassinated in 1989 by a group of enemy who were co-operating with Arabic people in Siyawshan, Herat city.
