Ghugni

Ghugni is an evening snack in East India (Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, Assam). Black gram or Kala Chana as it is called in India is a traditional Bengali recipe wherein it is cooked in gravy and served with Kurmura (puffed rice) along with hot onion pakoda /bhajiya.
