Ghost Hunters International, (aka GHI), is a spin-off series of Ghost Hunters that airs on the Sci Fi Channel. The series debuted on January 9, 2008. The show follows a new team of paranormal investigators as they travel throughout Europe, applying their principles of scientific debunking to some of the continent's most legendary haunted spots."[1]

During Sci Fi Channel's upfront on March 19, they announced 7 more episodes will air, which will start to air July 9th, 2008 and it will continue the current first season.

Jason Hawes announced on Beyond Reality Radio on May 24, 2008 that there will be a second season.
