[edit] Prime Minister or not?

Sources in the Manu family confirm that Gheorghe Manu was a Prime Minister but cannot confirm the interval 5 November 1889 – 15 February 1891. He does not appear on the list of Prime Ministers: neither on the English nor on the Romanian Wiki. That interval appears to have been covered by Lascăr Catargiu.
